Access to the PRO
The PRO can be contacted by phone at 055 2756 046/048, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
It is also possible to contact the URP by email, writing to urp(AT)unifi.it
A reservation is required for a face-to-face interview. The Office organizes appointments on the days and times when it can be contacted by telephone on the basis of the requests received.
The Public Relations Office (PRO) - Ufficio Relazioni con il Pubblico (URP)-, established by Legislative Decree no. 29/1993 and broadened in its functions by Law 150/2000, promotes administrative transparency, dialogue with users and facilitates access to documents. The PRO is a sub-structure of the Functional Unit “Products and Tools for Institutional and Student Communication”.

Access to administrative documents is a general principle of the administrative activity of the University of Florence, in order to encourage participation and to ensure impartiality and transparency.
The PRO receives requests and applications and forwards them to the competent offices.
In order to improve services, it is possible to submit complaints, reports and suggestions concerning acts or behaviour that in the opinion of users have placed obstacles or limitations on the usability of the services offered by the University.
